Costs and Evaluation
The ResultsPath program is offered at a fixed price based on the number of participating lawyers, which includes the seminar, planning sessions, coaching and ResultsMail, and all program materials. What distinguishes and differentiates the ResultsPath methodology from all other sales training programs is the just-in-time implementation advice and coaching.
How do we measure ROI? We don't. You do. Most firms tend to acknowledge and give us credit for the most dramatic victories—such as when a lawyer or group wins business when the coach's advice is almost completely opposite of what they'd planned to do, or when they had no clue how to approach or control the situation. Are there many other victories that we never hear about? Of course. But we're happy with your measurement, because the only thing that matters is your satisfaction.
We encourage lawyers to take advantage of available Coaching services to realize the full benefit of the program and generate the maximum economic return to the law firm and themselves.
